Together, we will deeply explore your vision, aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and available budget to shape the creative direction of the project. The goal of this session is to build a solid, personalized foundation that reflects your style and precisely guides every step of the design process.
02. Spatial Analysis & Custom 3D Concept Proposal
Building on the essential information gathered in Stage 1, we will conduct a strategic analysis of the space and develop an exclusive design concept tailored to your needs, lifestyle, and vision. During this stage, our team will create carefully thought-out functional plans to optimize every square meter, along with photorealistic 3D visualizations meant to faithfully capture the final atmosphere of the space. You will receive an initial set of renderings, along with up to two rounds of revisions to refine every detail. For any additional revisions, extra modifications will be billed separately based on their complexity.
03. Technical Documentation for Execution
Once the final concept is approved, we will develop the complete technical documentation necessary for the correct and efficient implementation of the project. This documentation will guide every team involved, ensuring consistency, precision, and fidelity to the agreed-upon vision (including Electrical and Plumbing Plans, Furniture Layout, Ceiling Plan, Flooring Plan, Custom Furniture Sketches, etc.).
04. Curated Selection & Personalized Procurement
We offer full support in selecting materials, finishes, and furniture pieces, ensuring a refined balance between aesthetics, quality, and budget. You will receive a detailed, professionally formatted cost estimate, including all elements required for procurement. We work exclusively with carefully selected suppliers to guarantee access to high-quality products that align perfectly with the project's vision.

We will ensure efficient coordination between all suppliers and teams involved in the execution of the project.
